Results
Championship of the Ural Federal District among boys and girls of 12-14 years old
On April 29 - 30, the Championship of the Ural Federal District among boys and girls of 12-14 years old was held in Surgut (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area). Winners of this competition not only got the medals, but also secured berths at the Russian Championship to be held on June, 8 - 11 in Armavir (Krasnodar Krai). Only finalists gained the honorable right to go to the competition in Armavir.
Over 90 athletes represented the Sverdlovsk region at this tournament. In total, they won 24 medals, 10 of which gave them an opportunity to participate in the Russian Championship. Totally, 334 young athletes competed at the regional competitions.
